Job Summary Directs, monitors, and inspects contractor construction activities and completes related documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, regulatory requirements, and construction agreements. Essential Functions Attend construction meetings with government representatives (city, county, state) to obtain and provide construction project updates, and relay the information to the crews and management. Provides accurate and complete field construction documentation including a detailed list of materials used on the job and ensures timely processing of related records to maintain the integrity and accuracy of company record systems. Reviews and prepares daily progress reports for compliance with applicable contracts and agreements. Responds to customer inquiries for construction or conversion information, provides customers with project status updates and post installation troubleshooting to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the service delivery process. Updates distribution system maps and performs various construction related and non-construction related activities as assigned to support the service delivery process during the non-construction season. Education Description Requires a high school education or GED. Preferred education or training specific to natural gas distribution system installation. Experience Requires one (1) year of construction or utility operations/natural gas distribution system experience (one (1) full construction season equivalent to one (1) year). Compensation: $45,147.20 to $67,720.80 Annually CenterPoint Energy is required by Minnesota law to provide a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum starting compensation range at the time of posting for the opportunity.
