The Counter UAS Finance team within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) strategic business unit has an immediate need for an early in career Cost Schedule & Controls Analyst to provide support to the MFRFS programs within our portfolio.
As a core member of this team, you will work in a challenging and fast paced team environment. Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and program office) and multiple levels of leadership will require you to possess strong presentation and communication skills and have a strong understanding of Earned Value Principles and Processes.
You must be an excellent communicator with an enthusiastic and strong desire to learn while being challenged. Competitive applicants must have the ability to think on their feet, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and interact with a various levels of management. This position requires proactive support and significant interaction with the Program Finance Leads, Program Managers, Business Manager and various supporting functions to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating, and financial objectives. In this role you will be a strategic business partner to various functional teams and work in collaboration on the successful execution of Earned Value Management, financial reporting, and EACs.
The finance team is currently comprised of team members with varying levels of experience and operates with a positive attitude and dynamic. The collaborative and supportive working environment offers a strong foundation of resources and knowledge base that fosters opportunities for room to grow within the organization.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. The preferred candidate will work onsite at the McKinney, TX, Andover, MA or Tucson, AZ location. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
Provide comprehensive monthly Cost and Schedule analysis
Prepare various finance charts for Program Management Reviews, financial overviews, and other financial reporting activities as required
Support the development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
Support multiple Earned Value Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) ensuring data accuracy and compliance within the guidelines of the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255
Support preparation of cost CDRLs including Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMRs), Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDARs), and Contractor Funding Summary Reports (CFSRs)
Support the monthly forecast / close process
Support the development of the annual operating plans (AOP) and five year strategic operating plan.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 2 years finance/accounting work experience
Experience with Microsoft tool suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Experienced user of SAP EVMS software, SAP Business Warehouse or equivalent systems
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Ability to identify issues and implement corrective action plans that produce positive results
Experience interfacing with senior level management and customers, including formal presentations

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
