Customer Service Onboarding Specialist

Our client, a leader in the software industry, is seeking a Customer Service Onboarding Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of the customer support department, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new software customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Onboarding Specialist

Location: North Kingstown, RI

Pay Range: $20-$25/hr

What's the Job?

Welcome new ESPRIT customers and guide them through the onboarding process.

Provide support via phone, email, and virtual meetings to assist with product installs and license activations.

Educate customers on ESPRIT Web community tools and resources for an enhanced user experience.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Applications Engineering and Sales to ensure continuity of support.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

What's Needed?

2-3 years of professional experience in customer service or technical support roles.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
