Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team ensuring that operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Scott City, MO

Pay Range: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

Ensure accurate and timely inventory receipts to support production needs.

Utilize the inventory system to pick parts for jobs and deliver sideline parts and supplies.

Maintain sideline inventory to enable production to meet its goals.

Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of inventory-related activities.

Perform timely cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and eliminate out-of-stocks.

What's Needed?

Ability to learn inventory control activities and associated ERP transactions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA requirements.

Experience in inventory, warehouse, pack, or ship in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to attain forklift certification and operate equipment safely and effectively.
