We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenOn-SiteSales Specialist to join our high-volume, fast-paced contact center team. Training Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Post-Training Shift:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Must be available for the designated shift-hours and days cannot be modified.
Full-time, 40 hours per week.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with existing customers through inbound and outbound sales calls.
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell appliance warranties.
Apply critical thinking in sales strategies to make informed, evidence-based decisions quickly.
Handle escalated calls professionally and resolve customer issues effectively.
Collaborate with customers, service partners, and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Adapt quickly to a fast-growing business with frequent process and technology changes, contributing to continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions using email management systems and customer service software.

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and other channels.
Clearly and concisely communicate product details, sales offers, and resolutions to customers and internal teams.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus).
1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following: call center, sales, insurance adjusting, or technical customer service (preferably in a high-volume or protection plan environment).
Proficiency with computers is essential.
Proficiency in claims management systems, contact center platforms, and MS Office products.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
