Description

We are looking for a dedicated administrative assistant to join our team in White Plains, New York. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone who excels in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented experience.

Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate departments.

Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide concierge services, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.

Organize and maintain files for easy access and retrieval.

Coordinate schedules and appointments using Microsoft Outlook.

Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination.

Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Prior experience in customer service or concierge roles.
