Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Our client, a dynamic legal office, is seeking a Clerk III/Receptionist to join their team. As a Clerk III/Receptionist, you will be part of a team supporting various departmental functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Clerk III/Receptionist

Location: Florence, SC

Pay Range: $15.50

Working Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm

What's the Job?

Answer the telephone and provide accurate information to callers or forward calls to the appropriate staff member.

Greet office visitors and perform customer/public service duties as required.

Assist department staff by performing a variety of complex clerical duties, including processing records and preparing reports.

Maintain filing systems and update electronic, microfilm, and paper files.

Operate various office equipment, including computers, printers, and fax machines.

What's Needed?

A high school diploma supplemented by three to five years of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in typing, data entry, and using office software.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with the public and staff.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
