The Marketing Specialist supports internal and external communications and marketing initiatives across the organization. This role helps drive employee engagement, promote the company through events and marketing collateral, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications (newsletters, memos, podcasts) while managing and working with platforms like WordPress, Teams, MailChimp, SharePoint and Bright Signs to support ongoing employee engagement, messaging campaigns and announcements
Work in other internal digital platforms and tools as needed (Digital Asset Management System, SurveyMonkey, Sign Up Genius, Smartsheet, etc.)
Coordinate, collaborate with internal teams, and promote employee engagement events (all hands meetings, recognition events, charitable events, volunteer events, other). Activities include logistics planning, marketing material development and onsite event support
Serve as liaison for external facing partnerships with national and local charities and sponsorship efforts with direct communication, event planning, employee involvement, and executive leadership visibility opportunities
Assist in the planning and implementation of annual social media campaigns across a variety of platforms including X, Meta, YouTube, Vimeo, and LinkedIn.
Assist in the planning, and creation of marketing materials including product sheets, flyers, signage, social media posts, etc. ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
Serve as resource to internal cross-functional communications and marketing needs to deliver tailored assets as needed
Plan and execute multimedia shoots (photo, video) by coordinating logistics with third parties, ensuring follow through with approvals, storage, and distribution of assets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse audiences, including executives, team members, industry professionals, community leaders, and customers.
Ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail and deadlines
Strong writing, editing and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint
Experience with graphic design tools and video/photo editing a plus (Adobe, Canva, WeVideo, other)
Graphic design experience.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Background in business writing, journalism, copy editing and/or original writing.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range:
$56,600.00 - $88,400.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
