Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Information Systems Manager to lead our IT department and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our information systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture, information security, and technology management. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex systems while ensuring that our IT infrastructure aligns with business goals.

Duties

Lead the design and implementation of information systems architecture to support business operations.

Implement secure VPN solutions to ensure safe remote access for users.

Ensure compliance with information security policies and best practices across all systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide effective solutions.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades or changes.

Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications

Proven experience in information systems management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of system design principles and architecture frameworks.

Familiarity with Pegasystems for business process management is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
