Our client, a dynamic player in the administrative sector, is seeking a Warehouse Office Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Office Clerk, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Office Clerk

Location: New Rochelle, NY

Pay Range: $20

What's the Job?

Answering phone calls and taking orders from existing clients.

Addressing inquiries regarding deliveries and invoicing.

Filing and performing other general office duties.

Engaging in Accounts Receivable tasks as needed.

Making warm calls to clients to follow up on their orders and encourage future business.

What's Needed?

Experience using MS Word and Excel.

Some experience with QuickBooks is helpful but not mandatory.

Strong professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
