General Definition of Work Performs a variety of health and human services tasks related to the rendering of appropriate paraprofessional services: assisting with the coordination of case operations and assessments; collecting and entering case information into a computer system; overseeing a caseload; maintaining and storing records; completing required reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED and moderate experience providing administrative assistance within a health and human services related organization, working with the general public, processing documents, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess and maintain a valid driver s license.
