This position is open due to growth in business and increase demand in their billing department. The client is willing and able to train the ideal candidate who has some experience work in an administrative role within an office setting who is looking to get into an accounting focused position. This role requires great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role that could turn into a permanent position that is 100% onsite in Chicago Heights.

Responsibilities

Data entry regarding billing information

Checking spreadsheets for data accuracy

Assist billing and accounting teams on reports and other deadline

driven projects

Follow specific processes and procedures to ensure accuracy.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of office administer experience

Computer savvy

Detail oriented

Able to work in fast paced, deadline driven role

Upbeat personality
