This is a Division Warehouse Manager position located in Holly Springs, MS.

Job Description The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves managing warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing warehouse processes to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality standards. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with procurement and operations teams to manage stock levels. Ensure warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems. Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and staff productivity. Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Assist in managing warehouse budgets, including labor, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field required. Minimum of 5-7 years' manufacturing experience in shipping or materials management within a fast-paced environment. Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RFGEN and inventory software. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Physical ability to oversee warehouse activities and operate equipment.
