Reference #: 25521 OSS Data Analyst

This position will review data from multiple sources (i.e. Phoenix, ADP and SAP) to support the research and analysis of prevailing wage reporting.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like: Engage with prevailing wage analysis team Collect and update data associated with wage and union benefit packages Support data collection and analysis in support of prevailing wage reporting Conduct analyses and prepare reports that provide operation and/or technical support Coordinate with Payroll to ensure all union dues and fringes reports are provided timely Prepare leadership briefing material for decision making, based on results of the data investigation

What We Need to See From You: SAP project system experience preferred Preferred prior experience in Labor relations and/or understanding of union reporting Strong analytical skills Associate's degree or similar work experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel Good interpersonal and communication skills Remarkable organizational and multi-tasking skills Strong attention to detail Must pass nuclear background and drug screen Must be a US Citizen (in the US) or Permanent Resident
