And we're determined, always staying open - winning and failing as one.We're looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance to join our ever-evolving team to help us unleash the potential of every business.About the TeamStrategic Finance sits under COO Finance supporting several critical operational functions for Worldpay, including Product Management, Technology Development, Technology Infrastructure and Corporate Applications, Information Security, Procurement, Facilities & Physical Security, and Business Enablement. These business enablement functions are key components for our continued transformation into a standalone enterprise. This role will focus on our Value Creation and M&A plans by supporting big bets we are making as a company through partnership with product and business leads throughout the company in crafting well-thought-out business cases and thorough due diligence.About the RoleThe Manager, Strategic Finance performs the following activities:Support Director of Strategic Finance in running long-range planning ('LRP') including model development, scenario analysis, and meticulous tracking to goals.Drive value creation planning: partner with business leads across the organization in support of initiatives that will drive incremental growth at Worldpay.Support annual capital planning process partnering with product leaders and finance teams across the organization.Lead performance monitoring and reporting: preparation and presentation of regular initiative updates to finance leadership including creation and circulation of monthly scorecards.Support large opex projects spanning across the organization through building out total cost models and supporting negotiation strategies.Create look-back analyses measuring our ROI compared to business cases and circulate lessons learned across cross-functional teams.Partner cross-functionally by embedding into initiative workstreams attending and contributing to key stakeholder meetings.About You5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, and/or Consulting roles supporting strategy, business casing.Proven ability to assess initiatives with a strategic lens; thinking through use cases, value proposition, what that means for the business case, and what tangible business benefit it provides in the short and long-term.Ability to support multiple business leaders in developing business cases, M&A processes including diligence and integration hand-off, and developing executive-level presentations.A track record working cross-functionally and is a thoughtful collaborator and great listener, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships, and driving impact.Can thrive under ambiguity with staunch ability to synthesize complex information into well-structured plans and presentations.Worldpay Perks - What We'll Bring for YouWe know it's bigger than just your career.
