Sales Engineer

Qualifications:

Holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Brings over eight years of hands-on experience in a relevant professional capacity.

Has spent at least two years working directly with or supporting an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Background in the semiconductor sector is a strong advantage.

Skilled in leveraging CRM platforms, forecasting sales trends, and segmenting customer bases for strategic outreach.

Core Responsibilities:

Function as a go-to expert for thermal technologies and their practical applications.

Seek out and act on business development opportunities aligned with strategic growth targets.

Cultivate and strengthen relationships across various levels within client organizations to expand account influence.

Design and execute tailored account plans to boost both market presence and revenue streams.

Provide in-depth product knowledge through training sessions, technical briefings, and consultative support.

Regularly assess CRM pipeline data to identify patterns, measure progress, and refine sales tactics.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to secure business wins through a unified sales approach.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Santa Clara,CA.
