Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. This role requires a motivated individual who is committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets while driving overall business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership roles and a deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their needs.

Negotiate and close deals effectively to drive revenue growth.

Analyze market trends and data to make informed sales decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales position.

Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

In-depth understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with capital equipment.

Experience in contract manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in San Jose,CA.
