Supply Chain Management Coordinator
POWER Engineers, Member of WSP, is seeking a Supply Chain Management Coordinator. The purpose of the Supply Chain Management Coordinator is to directly supervise and manage material storage site(s) activity on a POWER project where we are providing SCM and/or Material Management services. The role will be accountable for the operations at one (1) or multiple sites ensuring the 3C's (Care, Custody, and Control) are maintained over safeguarded material. Additionally, role will be responsible for conducting Project material-related analysis to provide insights and support the needs of the Project. The candidate selected for this position may work remotely full-time at a location other than a POWER Engineers-designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a POWER office for periodic meetings.
Required Education/Experience
3+ years of relevant experience preferred
Team members must be extremely proficient in the Office 365 suite of software's, with an emphasis on Excel. Advanced Excel knowledge is beneficial
Experience in collaborating on Projects as a value-added member
General knowledge of the Power Delivery Industry, and Supply Chain Management Principles
Role will be located at the Project sites nationwide
Travel dependent on project location

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management
Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material/services procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers
Inventory Control
Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel
Maintains controls over various @types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods)
Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records
Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct
Conducts analyses of inventory levels, and coordinates with production and sales requirements
Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products
Transportation Management
Analyzes transportation and distribution systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and economical delivery of the organization's products
Plans and coordinates fleet operations including acquisition, scheduling, maintenance service and repair, and disposal of trucks, and hires common carriers (third-party transportation companies) as appropriate
Analytics
Conduct detailed analysis of inventory in comparison to project needs (site, schedule).

Base Salary Range: $90k - $120k per year
The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(k) match, etc.
