Appointment Center Representative / Customer Service Representative

Were growing and looking for an Appointment Center Representative / Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Wells office team.

What Youll Do

Answer high-volume inbound calls from customers and new leads

Schedule appointments for sales representatives (**appointment

setting / appointment scheduling**)

Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing leads and

inquiries

Enter customer and appointment information using **CRM and data

entry systems**

Send informational packets prior to scheduled appointments

Assist with general office support and administrative tasks

Provide professional, friendly phone-based customer service

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred

**1+ year of customer service, call center, or appointment setting

experience

Strong verbal communication and **phone etiquette

Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and accurate data

entry

Dependable, organized, and team-oriented

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

Regular and reliable on-site attendance required
