Position: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Fowlerville, MI

Job Shifts & Compensation:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $16.50/hour

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | $17.00/hour

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $17.50/hour

Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Associate role in Machining involves operating and maintaining machining and testing equipment, inspecting and testing valve bodies, and managing material movements within the facility. You'll be empowered to initiate corrective actions for issues affecting product quality and systems.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Comply with personal protective equipment and safety protocols.

Operate CNC and Final Finish equipment, including relevant testing devices.

Load/unload aluminum castings onto/from fixtures.

Conduct chip checks, package and un-package parts.

Identify and tag materials properly.

Perform continuous visual inspections for quality control.

Complete necessary check sheets and reports.

Maintain cleanliness in department areas.

Skills and Abilities:

Manual dexterity and relevant physical capabilities.

Strong interpersonal skills for cooperative teamwork.

Ability to follow instructions and directions accurately.
