Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Pay based on experience - $30-35 per hour . Hours are business hours, Monday to Friday.

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Providing professional administrative support to a group of employees under the direction of leaders and colleagues.

Assisting with meeting logistics, including booking conference rooms, ordering food/drinks, and escorting visitors/guests.

Preparing reports in alignment with procedures and guidelines while demonstrating good problem-solving skills.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a strong background in administrative support with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have a basic understanding of Dow software/IT tools.

Demonstrate excellent listening skills, initiative, and the ability to follow directions effectively.
