We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our Dahlgren, Illinois location.

What You'll Do:

Provide administrative support to manufacturing plant and field operations

Resolve routine and non-routine inquiries

Perform daily reception activities including data entry, mail distribution, filing, grain elections, answering telephone calls, handling mailings, welcoming visitors, and serving as the friendly and professional face of our organization

Collaborate with site production, agronomy, and external partners

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for the site accurately and efficiently

Create, develop, and maintain data entry processes across departments

Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy

Prepare correspondence, documents and reports

Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

You have your High School Diploma or equivalent

What Skills You Need:

You have experience with accounting, administrative, customer service, or other related experience

You have experience and proven proficiency in computer systems and programs including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and tend to pick up quickly on new software

You respect yourself and others and have a strong ethical mindset, therefore you are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion

You demonstrate integrity and promote a positive working environment by being an initiative-taker and willing to assist team members consistently

Your attention to detail, multitasking and organizational skills are outstanding

You have good verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills

What Makes You Stand Out:

Two-Year Technical or Associates Degree in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field

You have two (2) years administrative experience

Work Authorization and Relocation:

This position does NOT offer a relocation package

VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Site Dedicated (100% at Corteva location):

This role will be on site at our Corteva location

The salary range for this position is $44,870.00 to $56,090.00.

This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
