Job Title: Quality Control Manager/SuperintendentJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee operations at various military installations within the Maryland and DC area. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day project operations, review scopes of work, and uphold quality standards. The role includes speaking on project progress in meetings and overseeing interior renovation projects ranging from 1-6 million dollars.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day operational aspects of construction projects.

Review scopes of work and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Present project progress during meetings.

Oversee various interior renovation projects with budgets ranging from 1-6 million dollars.

Essential Skills

Quality Control Management

OSHA 30 certification

USACE Quality Control Manager certification

5-8 years of federal construction experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

ARMY CORP QCM certification

US citizenship is required

Work Environment

The position requires work on various military installations within Maryland and DC, with full-time onsite presence. The company values work-life balance and offers growth opportunities after the contract period. The position arises from a joint venture with Belt Built on several MACC programs procured by NAVFAC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $58.00/hr.
