The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a part-time CCTV Operator to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a CCTV Operator, you will work under the direction of the CCTV Manager to properly operate the video camera and tote board operation during the live racing season, in accordance with state gaming regulations and company policies.

Pay

$16.00 - $16.00 / hour

What will you do?

Responsible for operating video cameras, following the live action on the racetrack.

Able to follow directions and be prepared at all times to operate and capture video.

Understand racing jargon, classes, stakes, wagering, colors, etc.

Clean and maintain work area, providing protection to equipment from weather.

Treats each person, guest or associate as an individual and in a professional manner.

Maintain communications and dialog with CCTV manager for scheduling.

Check mailbox in master for updated communications.

Other duties as assigned.

More about you

Ability to be licensed by the appropiate state gaming regulation.

Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision.

Excellent guest service skills.

High School Diploma, GED or TASC preferred.

CCTV and audio visual equipment experience preferred.

Physical requirements

Ability to climb a camera tower, approximately 60 feet.

Regularly required to sit/stand in front of a camera.

Manual dexterity sufficient for camera operations.

Occasional bending, reaching, climbing and lifting approximatel
