WE ARE HIRING! Join our team and become our new full-time CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER,

responsible for overseeing complex construction and engineering projects, ensuring adherence to regulations

and codes, budget thresholds, project timelines, contract documents, and quality standards.

Some info about the position

? Leads multiple, complex projects from initiation to completion.

? Reviews project plans, specifications, and contracts, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.

? Develops and manages project budgets, monitors expenditures, and ensures financial accountability.

? Creates, maintains, and communicates project schedules.

? Maintains regular contact with consulting engineers, contractors, construction project engineers,

professional and technical groups, the public, and staff, in addition to county, state, and federal agencies.

? Reviews requirements and sets customer expectations, writes technical reports, ensures all construction

complies with approved plans, drawings, documents, architectural standards and codes.

? Identifies and implements improvements to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

? Performs field inspections, monitors code compliance, and coordinates approvals and inspections.

? Assists with the preparation and review of professional engineering service requests (RFQs and RFPs),

engineering plans and specifications for public bidding, and recommendations for award of contract.

? Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates should

? Have a bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or

related field; masters degree in related field preferred.

? Have at least four years of extensive project management experience.

? Preferably have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.

? Be skilled in project management software, budget management tools, GIS software, AutoCAD, Microsoft

Office Suite, and related applications.

? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional, scientific, or technical manuals, procedures, plans,

schematics, maps, blueprints, licenses, and/or legal documents.

? Strong leadership abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

? Be able to exert in excess of 50 pounds occasionally.

? Have a valid drivers license and ability to drive a vehicle.

Pay, benefits, and more

? Full salary range is \$89,856 - \$125,799 per year (hiring range is typically no higher than midpoint and is

dependent upon qualifications)
