This position is mostly remote, with option for on campus touch down spaces. Duties/Responsibilities 70%: Purchasing Create Purchase Orders (CPS, standard purchases, blanket orders, vendor setup) and process PO payments, check requests and non-PO payments. Process Chrome River reimbursements Reconcile Pcard transactions for self and others Vendor setup, vendor maintenance and billing for External Service Organizations Monitor Dean's office purchasing email account for requests Act as a purchasing policy resource for faculty and staff in Medical School Administration and others 25%: Accounting Collaborate with Student Affairs in processing student payments and reimbursements Process journals and departmental deposits Reconcile monthly Campus club purchases and payments Maintain Code of Ethics forms 5%: Other Ad hoc purchasing queries Ad hoc reporting Other duties as assigned Additional Information Bargaining unit consideration begins on 04/30/2025 and ends on 05/07/2025. Shift and Hours of Work: M-F, incumbent is free to set their own hours but will need to be active from 9-3 No overtime or consecutive Sunday work as a condition of employment Qualifications All required qualifications must be included in the application materials Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED and four years of general accounts transaction experience. Training may be substituted for some of the years of experience.
