Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focusedCustomer Service Representativeto join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time employment in the future. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeanor, a positive and can-do attitude, and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of customer service principles to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism, courtesy, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, including complaints from difficult customers, in a calm and effective manner to maintain customer satisfaction.

Order and Account Management: Process service requests, schedule appointments, and update customer accounts accurately using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Communication: Provide clear and accurate information about services, billing, and policies to customers.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share feedback to improve customer experience.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred) with a proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.

Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially when dealing with difficult customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and account management.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Availability: Flexible availability for part-time hours, with openness to transition to full-time in the future.
