Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: New Windsor, NY (On-site)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our expanding Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including issuing payments, onboarding vendors, and ensuring timely invoice approvals. This is a great opportunity for a early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process and issue weekly vendor payments accurately and on schedule.

Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.

Collaborate with managers to ensure timely invoice approvals.

Set up new vendors in the ERP system following established protocols.

Accurately enter accounts payable bills into the ERP system.

Review and verify employee expense reports for compliance and accuracy.

Route invoices and expense reports for appropriate approvals.

What You Bring

0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.

Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor management.

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

Ability to create and analyze Excel pivot tables.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Internship or prior experience in a finance or accounting environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
