Entry Level Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves issuing weekly payments, liaising with vendors to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring prompt approval with managers. You will be responsible for setting up new vendors through the approved process, accurately entering accounts payable bills into the ERP system, reviewing expense reports, and routing bills for approval.

Responsibilities

Issue weekly payments.

Liaise with vendors and resolve discrepancies.

Work with managers to ensure prompt approval.

Set up new vendors via the approved process.

Correctly enter accounts payable bills into ERP.

Review expense reports.

Route bills for approval.

Essential Skills

Accounts payable experience.

Invoice processing skills.

Proficiency in using ERP systems.

Ability to create Excel pivot tables.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Relevant internships.

0-2 years of experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
