Pay rate: $25-32/hr

What's a typical day as an Accounting Clerk? You'll be:

Reviewing and reconciling invoices received from vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness for processing.

Performing data entry functions, including GL coding, to facilitate timely invoice processing.

Preparing month-end journal entries and identifying material charges that need to be accrued.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have education equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.

Bring 1-3 years of experience in an accounting department and are proficient in MS Office.

Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
