Description We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage marketing content, coordinate projects, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives while leveraging your organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and update marketing materials, ensuring product briefs and deliverables reflect accurate release information and competitive intelligence.

Coordinate project timelines, maintain structured tracking systems, and ensure accountability across marketing functions.

Conduct quality reviews of marketing assets, collaborating with Sales Enablement and Customer Success teams to refine content relevance.

Manage delivery calendars and trigger reminders for key milestones, such as asset reviews and project deadlines.

Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities, turning insights into actionable recommendations for the marketing team.

Maintain and assess the marketing asset library, identifying outdated or missing content and facilitating updates.

Compile meeting notes and action items, providing clear summaries to directors and stakeholders.

Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, Confluence, and SmartSheet to streamline marketing operations and project tracking.

Support campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare FAQs and marketing materials tailored to regional nuances, including EU-specific requirements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or content management.

Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in software platforms such as Salesforce, Confluence, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.

Familiarity with indirect tax regulations and European market nuances is highly desirable.

Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Experience in quality control and compliance monitoring for marketing deliverables. Innovation starts with people.®
