"Our healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Campaign Analyst.This role is:- Fully Remote- 40 hours/week- Starts as soon as the right candidate is identified- Through 10/31/25 with potential to extend!Required Qualifications to be considered:- Bachelor's Degree - 3+ years' experience in marketing campaign management- Experience analyzing large sets of data that may include structured or unstructured data- Experience using digital experience platform technologies, including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and other digital marketing tools such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, and/or Redpoint, etc.- Advanced Excel Skills- Ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights- Able to translate information between technical and business stakeholders- Experience in use of next best action, customer lifetime value, or churn prediction modelsPreferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI- Relationship builder!- Requires intellectual curiosity, problem solving ability, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, high attention to detail, persuasive oral and written communications and project management skills.Job Summary:- Support the development, execution, measurement, and refinement of multi-channel marketing campaigns by partnering with other Analysts, Marketing Specialists, Marketing Managers, and 3rd party data vendors.- Together, you will develop the requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities to optimize those campaigns.- Set pre-campaign analytics objectives and develop audiences and targeting- Design, coordinate and schedule multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns and maintain their marketing calendar- Provide reporting of campaigns, perform mid-campaign adjustments and optimize as needed- Assist in the adoption of new campaign or customer relationship technologies within their digital experience platformIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
