Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Future Positions (Receiving, Picking & Packing)

Location: Fullerton, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

1st Shift Start Times: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM

2nd Shift Start Times: 10:00AM, 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM Workdays: Monday through Sunday (2 days off per week; days off may vary)

( Depends on department) Monday-Friday, or Monday-Sunday

Overtime: As needed

Job Summary:

We are building a pipeline for upcoming Warehouse Associate positions at our Fullerton, CA location. These roles involve receiving, picking, packing, and managing inventory for both inbound and outbound shipments. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented worker, we want to connect with you for future opportunities as they become available.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders

Report damaged or missing items to the appropriate department

Accurately log and label inventory using warehouse systems

Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy of part numbers and quantities

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)

Maintain clean and safe work environments in receiving and packing areas

Assist with inventory replenishment, stock checks, and cycle audits

Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

1+ year of warehouse, receiving, or order fulfillment experience (automotive preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Team-oriented, reliable, and excellent communication skills
