Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, California, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. This position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic wholesale manufacturing and distribution environment. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics.

Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records within inventory and order management systems.

Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish to facilitate seamless operations.

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and vendors to ensure clear information exchange.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events to support team collaboration.

Handle general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining supplies to ensure efficient operations.

Prepare reports, update customer information, and process invoices to assist the sales team.

Support e-commerce operations by managing online orders and maintaining customer interactions. Requirements - Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Familiarity with inventory management or order processing systems is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous.

Experience with CRM platforms and e-commerce operations is a plus. TalentMatch®
