Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Job Description

Seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee and manage a team of 4-5 warehouse associates. The candidate will be responsible for pulling orders, creating labels, tracking inventory, packing orders, and overseeing the shipment process. This role requires making decisions on personnel assignments in the warehouse and ensuring performance indexes are met.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a team of 4-5 warehouse associates.

Pull orders and create labels for shipments.

Track and manage inventory effectively.

Pack orders efficiently and ensure timely shipment.

Make decisions on personnel assignments within the warehouse.

Ensure performance indexes are consistently met.

Essential Skills

5+ years of lead experience.

5+ years of warehouse experience.

Proficient in inventory control, shipping and receiving.

Experience with SAP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong supervisory skills.

Experience as an order puller and packer.

Work Environment

The role operates during the day shift from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours a week. The warehouse and office areas are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable environment for all employees.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
