Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a long-term contract position. The role involves providing assistance to multiple team members, including, while ensuring the smooth operation of various regulatory and financial processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide financial support to the team and tracking budget items.

Manage correspondence and facilitate communication.

Compile and prepare monthly reports.

Enter data into tracking systems.

Prepare and issue monthly billings and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.

Proficiency in managing high-volume invoicing and tracking monthly expenses.

Strong skills in budgeting and budget administration.

Experience in compiling monthly reports and maintaining accurate financial records.

Ability to conduct market research and analyze regulatory data.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using tracking systems and enterprise platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread and format documents effectively.
