Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pedricktown, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to assist customers, manage data entry tasks, and handle inbound calls in an organized and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with care and attention to detail.

Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Perform accurate data entry tasks, including order processing and maintaining customer records.

Handle email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Schedule appointments and manage customer calendars as needed.

Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update reports, documents, and other materials.

Process orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.

Assist with inbound and outbound calls as required to support team objectives.

Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Maintain a positive and attentive demeanor while interacting with customers and team members. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
