How will you make an impact in this role?
The US Customer Loyalty Marketing (USCLM) organization is part of the US Consumer Marketing (USCM) Organization and is responsible for delivering innovative marketing to win the hearts, minds, and wallets of our Card Members.
The Senior Analyst, Loyalty Marketing Enablement Team (MET) will deliver the campaign development, implementation, and execution of USCLM strategy within the Marketingforce platform and help drive innovation and efficiencies to our core execution processes. They will serve as the SME of their channels and support a small group of analysts with their campaign execution requirements. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in the training and onboarding of new analysts.
In addition, they will collaborate closely with the Loyalty MET leadership team to provide incremental flex capacity to support demand spikes as strategic priorities evolve throughout the year. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with Marketing Managers, Creative Governance, Brand, Legal and Compliance to define campaigns and offers.
This team member will partner closely with Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) to build and launch campaigns into production. This role will provide the opportunity to learn specialized skills including digital and direct marketing, project and relationship management, and working across cross functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical and subject matter expert for the Marketingforce product in relation to campaign setup on behalf of Loyalty MET
Manage end-to-end campaign execution for one or more channels on an ad hoc basis
Serve as main point of contact for end to end execution of Marketing campaigns
Support marketing strategy improvements
Assist with hiring, training, and development of new colleagues as they join the team, mentoring junior colleagues on best practices.
Manage compliance review process
Coordinate with tech and product management to complete any required updates
Support efforts designed to improve the customer experience
Build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal and external partners
Become a team leader in driving change and creating efficiency in job execution
Support the Marketingforce migration strategy, spearheading weekly cross-functional leadership meetings, leading implementation of tests and reporting on progress to leadership.

Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
