Role Summary
Raytheon is seeking an experienced Business Solutions professional to join our Supply Chain digital solutions group. The role supports the development, implementation, and optimization of business solutions that enhance our Supply Chain processes through development and delivery of business solutions aligned with Raytheon's low code platforms including SharePoint, PowerApps, & Mendix. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze data, and create technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive overall Supply Chain performance. This role will collaborate within a team that leverages agile framework for the development and delivery of business solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in low code development solutions, familiar with agile development processes, and the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
What You Will Do:
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Supply Chain solutions using low code technology platforms (Sharepoint, PowerApps, Mendix, etc) to address complex business challenges.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract, clean, and analyze Supply Chain data, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance visibility, and improve overall performance.
Work cross functionally to integrate solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Lead and participate in project teams using agile methods to managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for successful project execution.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites
Minimum 3 years of experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP), data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with low-code application development software (i.e. SharePoint, PowerApps, Mendix)
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
