Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. This is a Long-term Contract position that offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment managing inventory and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:

Manage inventory by accessing freezer storage, retrieving products, and preparing them for shipment.

Package items securely in boxes, print and apply shipping labels, and ensure outgoing shipments are ready for dispatch.

Process purchase orders and accurately input data into inventory management software.

Maintain accurate records and generate inventory reports as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely shipment processing.

Ensure all inventory handling complies with safety and quality standards. Requirements - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Comfortable working with inventory management systems and software.

Basic computer skills, including the ability to print labels and enter data.

Ability to lift and handle inventory items safely and efficiently.

Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Willingness to work part-time hours Monday through Friday within a flexible schedule. TalentMatch®
