Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Control:

Receive parts and materials, verify against invoices and packing slips, and organize appropriately.

Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

Notify management of low or out-of-stock items and restock inventory as needed.

Pull, fill, and prepare orders from current inventory based on internal requests.

Shipping & Receiving:

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks.

Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of parts and materials.

Collaborate with vendors and carriers to resolve shipping discrepancies or delays.

Internal Customer Support:

Assist internal departments and remote locations with parts requests and order status.

Communicate effectively with the Parts Manager and team regarding inventory needs and updates.

Follow up on back-ordered items and ensure prompt replenishment of daily inventory.

Warehouse Operations:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.

Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong computer skills and the ability to work with inventory systems.

Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is preferred.

Basic knowledge of parts handling and warehouse safety protocols.

Excellent organizational and sequencing skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, both in-person and via phone.

Some experience with cash handling is a plus.

Must be available to work weekends as required.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift.

Must be able to lift, carry, or move items weighing between 10-50 lbs. occasionally.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Must be able to use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with arms, and talk or hear clearly.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work environment may involve exposure to varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
