JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Assistant in Brookfield, WI Join the
team at Silgan Containers and help drive innovation in metal packaging.
Silgan Containers is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant for our
Engineering team at our new Innovation Center in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
This onsite position is ideal for someone who is detailed, proactive,
and thrives in a dynamic office environment. If you have experience
managing schedules, organizing documentation, and keeping things running

Coordinate travel, manage meeting scheduling, prepare materials, and
organize event logistics for the engineering team. Update engineering
asset records in the ERP system, including transfers, disposals, and
project changes. Track and summarize account activity, including budget
approvals. Maintain engineering records and organize technical
documents, includingengineering drawings and manuals. Provide backup to
other administrative staff. What You Need to Bring: A high school
diploma or GED. 2 years or more ofadministrative assistant experience.
Clear professional communication skills, both oral and written.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
SharePoint, and Teams. A focus on delivering results and team success.
