KPMG is currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our Tax Ignition Team.
This is a hybrid work opportunity out of our Denver, CO or Montvale, NJ
location.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners and data scientists to translate business
needs into AIpowered features and APIs
Assist in building and maintaining client-facing web apps using Angular +
TypeScript, Python, or .NET Framework/C# backend services and APIs,
and secure SQL databases (T-SQL, schema design, stored procedures).
Leverage Azure services (App Services, Functions, SQL Database,
DevOps) for deployment, scaling and monitoring
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI services (such as
Azure OpenAI, Custom Models Serving) into our frontend and backend systems
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of recent experience in software development
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer
science, engineering or related field is preferred; Master's degree from
an accredited college or university is desired
Fundamental understanding of software engineering such as microservices
architecture, RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization
Experience building enterprise systems using Python, .NET, C#,
Angular, SQL and Azure is preferred
Familiarity with Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch,
TensorFlow, scikitlearn) is preferred with strong communication and
analytical skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based
