The Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to work onsite/hybrid from any of our office locations or remotely from within the United States.
As a member of Cherry Bekaert's Go-to-Market (GTM) team, the GTM Marketing Specialist will split time between regional and industry support, providing creative and strategic assistance to execute external marketing initiatives. This role works directly with the Regional Marketing Manager and Industrial Manufacturing & Technology Industry Marketing Manager and in tandem with Advisory/Service Line marketing team members, and other marketing functions, as well as other key stakeholders across the Firm. The GTM Marketing specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across Editorial, Design, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, and Business Development departments. This role will work closely with the Go-to-Market managers in supporting and coordinating programs connected to overarching marketing strategies that support growth, client retention and customer engagement. In addition, this role will assist in the coordination of local and industry-specific events.
Regional Support: The GTM Marketing Specialist will support the development and enhancement of Cherry Bekaert's brand in key regions and markets based on integrated regional marketing strategies. Duties will include assistance in the planning and coordination of industry-agnostic events and sponsorship; managing budget requests and spend for local markets; and providing internal education and awareness for local marketing initiatives.
Industry Support: The GTM Marketing Specialist will focus specifically on the Industrial Manufacturing/Consumer Goods and Technology/Life Sciences industries, providing support to execute on the industries' strategic business plans. Duties will include content creation (articles, case studies, podcast, videos, webinars, etc.), email marketing, event & sponsorship coordination and tracking ROI as it relates to the Firm's industries.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will:
Assist in the development of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing activities to support the overall marketing strategy and create a measurable impact
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to develop relevant content ideas
Execute on multiple tactics, including creation of collateral and other marketing asset updates
Coordinate external event sponsorships, conferences, webinars and podcasts that meet our business goals and demonstrate our value proposition
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and effectively collaborate with internal teams
Support other related marketing projects and tasks as defined by regions or industries
What you bring to the role:
Strong sense of teaming and collaboration with poise and confidence to professionally interact with internal stakeholders and clients
Ability to support multiple marketing campaigns and drive associated content and relationship building efforts
Demonstrate keen attention to detail with the ability to manage, prioritize, pivot and execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentations, listening and influencing skills
Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise and easily digestible manner for broad audiences
Desire to succeed and a strong willingness and capacity to learn
Adept at using marketing technologies and tools and leveraging them to develop marketing campaigns that drive results
Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or other related applications
Ability to work autonomously/independently when necessary in a virtual work environment, while maintaining connectivity with the Regional/Industry Marketing Managers and other members of the marketing team

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:
$48,450 to $75,000
