Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a services and HVAC equipment company as a Warehouse Worker. This role involves sorting, lifting, and organizing various tubes and cabling, and requires a good attitude and willingness to grow within the organization. You will also travel with internal employees to customer sites to assist with mechanical and HVAC installations, including ductwork for HVAC projects at multi-unit commercial and industrial sites.

Responsibilities

Sort and organize tubes and cabling in the warehouse.

Lift and manage inventory using pallet jacks.

Conduct cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.

Assist with mechanical and HVAC installations at customer sites.

Travel to various sites and help with ductwork installations.

Communicate equipment issues and understand job assignments.

Essential Skills

Warehouse inventory management skills.

Ability to effectively and safely use hand and power tools.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to prioritize work assignments.

1 to 2 years of experience with similar equipment.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various physical positions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Personal and professional integrity.

Clear understanding of equipment safety.

Flexibility regarding work assignments.

Experience in construction equipment mechanics or similar roles preferred.

Trade school education desired.

Work Environment

Work in a shop environment with required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots. The role involves daily meetings at the Wake Forest site from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of WAKE FOREST, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
