Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Process Operator jobs in Zebulon, NC .

This is a temporary opportunity within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Candidates must have 1+ years of manufacturing or pharma experience. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and mechanical aptitude are required. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!

Responsibilities for a Process Operator include but are not limited to:

Operate, clean, troubleshoot, and set up production equipment according to strict safety and quality guidelines.

Perform basic data entry, record production results, and inspect product quality.

Monitor equipment and escalate any quality or operational issues.

Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S and performance management.

Comply with all regulatory, OSHA, and internal manufacturing standards.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High School Diploma or GED required.

1+ year of manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills.

Pay Rate: $ 18.50/hour

Shift Options: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Location: Zebulon, NC (onsite)

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
