Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative tasks. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in organization, professionalism, and supporting others.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.

Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Assist with data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate records.

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, routing them to appropriate team members.

Maintain office supplies and handle routine office operations.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
