Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for clients across Evercor and its divisions, Pestcor and Turfcor. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service by handling inbound inquiries, scheduling service appointments, processing work orders, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and capable of managing customer calls and administrative tasks while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, field technicians, and internal departments.

Primary responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns regarding pest control and lawn care services.

Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, scheduling, and service agreements.

Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel.

Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in our system.

Accurately process customer payments via phone, online, and in person.

Maintain organized records of payment transactions and customer files.

Address customer inquiries related to billing and payment.

Make outbound calls and send emails to customers with outstanding balances in a professional and courteous manner.

Collaborate with the management to resolve payment discrepancies.

Generate and send customer invoices and statements accurately and in a timely manner.

Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.

Efficiently schedule and adjust service appointments for pest control and lawn care technicians based on customer needs, service areas, and technician availability.

Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.

Communicate schedule changes and updates to customers and field technicians promptly.

Serve as a central point of contact for field technicians, relaying customer information, schedule changes, and special instructions.

Receive updates from technicians regarding service completion, issues encountered, and customer feedback.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service-based industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone manner.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time eff ectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM or scheduling software

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
