CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Training Coordinator I.

Type: Contract

Job Title: Training Coordinator I

Location: Saginaw, MI

Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Saginaw, MI

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: HS Diploma required

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Training Coordinator I to support the logistics and coordination of training and team-building programs. In this role, you will manage scheduling, coordinate events, and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of organizational activities.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate room scheduling for training sessions and other organizational activities, avoiding conflicts with other scheduled events

Assist in developing training agendas, particularly for hiring ramp-ups, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared

Handle printing, scanning, and maintaining an organized digital and physical filing system

Coordinate guest speaker logistics, including room setup and technical requirements

Collaborate with administrative and other support staff to maintain smooth scheduling operations

Support planning and implementation of team-building activities

Work with training partners to manage and update the annual course calendar

Requirements:

1-3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred

Experience with scheduling tools and office software (Microsoft Office Suite preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma (required)

Qualifications:

Self-starter with a proactive attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Capable of working well under pressure

Able to handle multiple priorities efficiently

Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Additional Information:
