We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assemble and fabricate components on the assembly line according to specifications. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Assist in the movement of materials and products within the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Operate forklifts as needed, adhering to safety regulations. Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with the ability to understand assembly processes. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is essential for this role. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
